Comparing external photographs
Below show to photographs taken from my external photoshoot. The one on the left is an example of an image I will not use. The reason for this is that the angle of the shot is incorrect, as well as the expressions of the models. There are a couple of shots where my models are not in character/not looking into the camera. The image on the right is the one I have chosen to use as evidence of guerilla marketing within my campaign. I have chosen this image due to the angle of the shot, postitioning of the models and their facial expressions. This shot is exactly what I was hoping for.

Outdoor risk assessment
Call Sheets

Recce for external shoot
This document is a pre-filming visit to the location where I am conducting my photo shoot. The purpose of this is to decide the suitability of my chosen area based on my idea, my target audience needs and my client's brief. As you can see I have included images of the location of my external shoot, along with a diagram of the sunset and sunrise direction. The reason behind this was to understand where to position my models in order to gain the best possible outcome. I think this document was successful and helpful to me as I now ahve more of an idea of how the sun will affect my shoot, as I am relying on natural light. As well as this I am now considering adding materials such as picnic blankets for the health and saftey of my models.
Release Forms
This document was given to my models in order for them to understand the legal terms and conditions of the project. As my models are both under the age of 18 a parent/guardians constent was needed in order for them to participate. It is also a remainder for my models as a release form for each of the two dates for the photo shoot was given. It means they will thoroughly understand the cause, and their contribution in the project. The last image shows the original terms and conditions page of the release form which was attatched to each document given to both models.

Schedule
The document above is my schedule for the pre-production, production and post-production of my project. In order to meet my final deadline I should meet each deadline I have set for myself weekly. Each week I will create a video blog discussing whether or not I have been successful with this. I will be truthful and honest, as if I have not completed my work I am at my own disadvantage and will have to play catch-up on my own personalised schedule plan. Creating this document has been helpful as it has made my deadlines more visual and given me an idea of the time limit I have to complete each piece of work.
Weekly blog
This is my first weekly blog. On this video I am discussing my success of the week, for example the documents I completed/did not complete. Through completing this blog and watching it back, I now understand how important it is to keep up to date with my work and stick to me schedule.
Flat Plans
The images above show the layout of my magazine. It will be a 8 page spread, and after the double image spread in the centre of the magazine it will flip upside down, therefore in theory can be read from either way (there is no specific beginning or end to the magazine). The image below shows a sketch of what my bill board will look like. It includes annotations to describe why I have used certain texts/colours etc.
