This document was given to my models in order for them to understand the legal terms and conditions of the project. As my models are both under the age of 18 a parent/guardians constent was needed in order for them to participate.It is also a remainder for my models as a release form for each of the two dates for the photo shoot was given. It means they will thoroughly understand the cause, and their contribution in the project. The last image shows the original terms and conditions page of the release form which was attatched to each document given to both models.
