Final product-freebee 2

Final product-freebee 1

This product is one of the freebees I have created to go along with my magazine. This product is to provide my target audience with a key piece of information.

Final double page spread-guerilla stunt

This is my final double page spread. This product is to inform and make my target audience more aware of the health aspect. I think this product meets my audience's and client's wants and needs, and again overall I am pleased with this product.

Final double page spread-real life story

This is my final product. I think that this would be a popular and effective product because it can easily be compared to a conventional and existing magazine. In this product I carried out quite a lot of Photoshop work in order to fit the text in. I used the clone tool to cover over half the page with the bricks and then copied and pasted the rest in order for them to look realistic. I used Indesign for creating this product and overall I am very happy with the outcome. I think it meets my client's and target audience's brief and needs.

This is my finished version of my magazine front cover. I worked on the improvements given to me by my target audience through conducting a focus group and my client (Ian Perrier). I am pleased with the final product and hope that it is as popular with the whole of my target audience as it was with my focus group.
I have used the idea of the more magazine for my own magazine, and I think that the layout has worked quite well, and presents my magazine in a way that my target audience will understand and will find impressive and appelaing.
I haev used a number of layers on this product in order to create the effect of 3D and prevent it from looking very flat. I think that this is more attractive because it gives the product depth and makes it look different and interesting.
Overall I am pleased with the the outcome and result of this product. I think that it meets my client's and audience's needs and will be successful if published.
This is my finished bus stop poster. I think that this will be successful and popular throughout my target audience because although it is very plain, it can be compared with many similarities to conventional and recent campaigns and posters created by the NHS. I think that this product will catch the attention of my target audience because the imagery is very strong and basic. I think that this is important because my audience needs to be able to see the large image of the product at a distance or even driving past. If the image was not as basic and simple this would not be achieved, and possibly not as successful.
My focus group said that they really liked the blue band at the bottom of the page, using the NHS blue, as it brings the colours together and highlights the two main services. My client was the one to suggest moving the text 'Don't put on a brave face. Talk to the School Nurse Team.' underneath the bottom of the title and as one line as it gets straight to the point and immediately advertises the service. He also said that it shows that I am not scared to leave areas blank in the poster, and by doing this it makes my target audience straight away focus on the main elements of the product.
This image shows my bus stop poster before any corrections were made. Here I have desaturated the colours of the poster, bringing out the red, black and blue in order for them to highlight the NHS and School Nurse Team logo along with the title. I think that this still looks too bright and therefore may not attract my target audience as it might be deemed too childish.
The improvements I will be making to this product will include changing the text at the bottom of the page because I think it needs to be shorter and clearer, to make the point I am trying to get across more obvious. I will also desaturate the colours again and rearrange the text, making the title slightly bigger and possibly movign the links to the bottom of the page next to their logos.
This image (left) shows a screen dump of the first few stages of my magazine front cover. At this stage I had added the image, the blue column and an additional white shape on top of the column to build up the layers.
The image (right) shows a screen dump of my work a few stages on from the one above. At this stage I had cut around the arm of the model and placed it on top of the white shape in order to create a 3D effect and build on the layers. I had also included the title 'health weekly', creating it as two different layers in order to use the two different colours and merging it into a smart object. I included the logo I had made for the school nurse team, along witht eh NHS logo, placing them both in the bottom right hand corner. I added the images down the left hand side of the page, using a stroke to make them stand out. I also added the webiste under the title in order for the audience to contact the services in an indirect way.
